  24. just one tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  25. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  26. 1 tsp coriander powder
  27. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  28. 2 tsp Kasuri methi
  29. 1 bay tea leaf (tez patta)
  30. 1/4 cup hung curd or milk cream or even malai
  31. as needed Olive oil for pan fry
