  1. sirloin
  2. 2/3 lb ground sirloin
  3. spices
  4. 1/4 tsp onion powder
  5. 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
  6. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
  7. condiments
  8. 1 medium kosher pickle
  9. 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapeos
  10. 2 slice sliced cheese
  11. 1 tsp mayonnaise
  12. 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, your favorite
  13. 1/2 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  14. 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  15. topping
  16. 1/2 tbsp canned cranberry sauce with whole berries
  1. Form the sirloin into 2 patties.

  2. Pan fry sirloin. Cook 2 minutes and turn seson with a quarter of the seasonings per side. Pan fry that side 3 minutes turn and season the other side. Repeat with second sirloin patty

  3. When the first patty is done remove to a plate, add 1 slice of cheese. Add half the jalapeos, slice pickles longways. Add mayonnaise, and mustard.

  4. Add second sirloin patty when its done. Add second slice of cheese. Then the rest of the jalapeos and top with cranberry sauce.
