The ingredients for making Recipes Protein enriched boat salad

  1. 1 cup Kale chane sprouts
  2. 1/4 cup soaked peanuts
  3. 1/2 cup tofu/paneer cut in small cubes
  4. 1 Cucumber for boat
  5. 1 carrot for oars (boat sticks)
  6. 1 tomato for round boat
  7. 1 tomato finely chopped
  8. 1/2 onion finely chopped
  9. 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. 1/8 cup lettuce leaves
  11. For dressing:
  12. 2 tbsp tamarind paste
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  14. to taste Salt
  15. 1 /4 tsp black pepper
  16. Tooth peaks

Step-step making Recipes Protein enriched boat salad

  1. Boil Kale chane sprouts in water.

  2. Drain sprouts. Don’t throw water. Use it in soup or dal.

  3. Mix all ingredients in boiled sprouts.

  4. Add all dressing ingredients. Mix well.

  5. Cut cucumber from center. Screw it. Remove seeds part. Like pic. Cut tomato like wise. Remove pulp. Cut carrot in leaves shape.

  6. Fill salad in cucumber
