  1. 1 lb . fresh strawberrys, hulled and even quartered
  2. 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cup hefty cream
  4. 1/4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  5. 1/8 teaspoon sea sodium
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla get
  1. Place strawberries in a food processor or blender. Sprinkle sugar, lemon plus salt on top and let sit down 10 minutes to soften strawberries. After that blend until smooth

  2. Add cream and vanilla and mix just until blended

  3. Fill Popcicle molds with mixture and freeze until frozen, at least 4 hours.

  4. Run very hot water on bottom of molds to release after very cold
