The ingredients for making Recipes Healthy kabuli chana salad

  1. 1 cup boiled kabuli chana with salt
  2. 1 boiled and cubed potato
  3. 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  4. 1/4 cup chopped radish
  5. 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  6. 1/4 cup chopped capsicum
  7. 1/4 cup chopped tomato, deseeded
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  9. 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
  10. 1 tsp jeera powder
  11. 1/2 tsp red Chilli powder
  12. Pinch kala namak
  13. 1 tsp chole masala
  14. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  15. 1/2 tsp amchur powder
  16. 1/2 tsp anardana powder
  17. 1 tbsp lime juice
  18. 1 tbsp 1 tbsp oil
  19. to taste Salt
  20. Some coriander sprigs for garnishing
  21. Few roundles of beetroot, radish and carrot for garnishing

Step-step making Recipes Healthy kabuli chana salad

  1. Boiled and cubed potatoes

  2. Boiled kabuli chana

  3. Cut capsicum, deseeded tomato, radish, carrot, cucumber and purple cabbage

  4. Heat 1 tbsp engine oil in a pan

  5. Add potatoes with minor salt in the pan

  6. Roast the carrots until they become light brown

  7. The masala ingredients anardana powder, kala namak, chaat masala, salt, chole masala, amchur powder snow, red Chilli powder and lime

  8. Put along all the masala ingredients and one particular tbsp oil in a bowl together with mix well

  9. In a big bowl set together roasted potatoes, boiled kabuli chana, all the chopped vegetables and masala mixture, and mix nicely with the hands

  10. Place the ready salad in some sort of serving dish and garnish with beetroot, radish and carrot roundles and having some coriander sprigs, sprinkle some coriander and mint leaves on top involving the salad

  11. Serve chilled or in bedroom temperature

  12. You can try to make it 3 – 4 hours ahead of serving also, it will taste fine
