  1. 1/4 mug olive oil
  2. 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  4. 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  5. 1-2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic chili insert
  7. 1/4 cup brown sugars
  8. 1 teaspoon minced dried onion or onion powder
  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.

  2. Place your desired meats and veggies into marinade. Refrigerate and let marinate for as long as desired.

  3. I did chicken breasts, zucchini, and red peppers. I only marinated for 30 minutes, but longer would be better. I also basted my chicken a couple of times with the marinade while grilling. Just make sure it cooks longer with the added marinade, since it has had raw meat in it.

  4. This is enough marinade for 3-4 pounds of meat
