  1. 1/2 cup good quality jasmine rice
  2. 1 bunch pandanas leaves
  3. 1/2 liter warm water
  4. 1 cup coconut milk
  5. 1 tbsp palm sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  1. Clean a big bunch of pandan leaves, cut, add to blender, add warm water

  3. Strain

  4. Cook jasmine rice on stove top, low heat, add all juice with rice

  6. Now your kitchen smell so good after rice is cooking, add coconut milk, sugar, palm sugar, salt, keep stir

  7. Before rice absorb all liquid, taste it if rice cooked or not, if not add more warm liquid like coconut milk, water or pandan juice, little by the time, until it cook, now important part… cover lid, roll ride of pot around the stove to make it all liquid dry and rice soft.. before set to serving plate
