  1. 350 h sirloin steak or rump steak sliced into strips

  5. 1 tea spoon cornflour
  6. 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  7. 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  8. 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  9. 1 tea spoon grated fresh ginger
  10. one red pepper seeded and sliced
  11. 1 yellow spice up seeded and sliced
  12. 115 g sugar snap peas (or natural beans)
  13. 4 spring onions cut into 5 cm pieces
  14. two tablespoons Chinese oyster spices
  1. Mix the steak strips, soy sauce, Sherry, cornflour and brown sugar collectively in a bowl cover and keep to marinate for 30 minutes
