The ingredients for making Recipes Poha & Chana Dal Salad

  1. 1/2 glass brown poha (beaten toned rice), washed and drained
  2. 1/2 glass chana dal (bengal gram), soaked overnight
  3. 1/4 cup capsicum (any colour), sliced
  4. 1/2 onion, sliced
  5. 1 green chilli, thinly sliced (opt)
  6. in order to taste salt and spice up
  7. 1 tsp. olive essential oil
  8. 1 tsp. lemon fruit juice or to taste
  9. 1 tbsp. coriander leaves

Step-step making Recipes Poha & Chana Dal Salad

  1. Boil the chana dal for 1 whistle. Drain and mix along with all the other ingredients and function, garnished with coriander leaves.
