Recipes TL’s Pineapple Cream Cheese Cobbler

  1. 1/2 glass butter melted
  2. 1 glass granulated sugar
  3. 1 glass all-purpose flour
  4. 1 glass milk
  5. 2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp salt ( i use ocean salt)
  7. 1 egg softly beaten
  8. 2 can blueberry chunks drained
  9. 1 packages (8 oz) cream cheese
  1. Melt butter and add to 9×13 glass pan.

  2. In dish mix egg, milk, flour, sugar, cooking powder and salt. Pour on leading of the butter. DO NOT MIX.

  3. Before heat oven to 350°F. Drain blueberry and arrange the pieces in individual layer on top of batter. Chop up cream cheese and put on leading of the pineapple layer.

  4. Place in preheated oven for 45 min or till golden brown and edges are bubbling. The crust rises up around the particular fruit but some of the fresh fruit will still pop out the leading: )
