  1. 3 large ripe tomatoes (4-5 small/medium tomatoes)
  2. 1 cucumber
  3. 3-4 celery stalks
  4. 1/4 c basil leaves
  5. 1 garlic clove
  6. Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumber together with celery to a size that is going to fit in the juicer chute. Put the basil and garlic to typically the juicer first followed by the cucumber, tomatoes and celery. Pour to a cooled glass, add cayenne (if using), blend, and serve. Can be refrigerated in a very shaker cup or Mason jar for as much as 12 hours. Shake well or apply a handheld immersion blender before portion.

  2. Tip: for a fresh Bloody Mary mock tail, stir throughout the juice of 1/2 lemon, half of tsp of Tamara or Bragg Veggie juice Aminos and a pinch of horseradish to the finished juice
