The ingredients for making Recipes Greek Marinated Chicken

  1. 1 glass plain Greek yogurt
  2. four tbs olive oil
  3. four cloves garlic – minced
  4. 1/2 tbs dried oregano
  5. 1 medium lemon, fruit juice of
  6. 1/2 tsp sodium
  7. 2 tbs dried parsley
  8. 2 lbs bone-in skin-on chicken (we like doing legs plus thighs)

  1. Mix everything except the chicken items together in a bowl.

  2. Place chicken in a gallon dimension ziploc bag. Add marinade. Seal handbag, squeezing out as much air because possible. Squish bag around to deliver marinade evenly to all chicken items.

  3. Lay flat on the plate. Refrigerate at least 2 days, up to overnight.

  4. Whenever ready to bake: Preheat oven in order to 375F. Arrange chicken in an individual layer, skin side up, in the 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake revealed 45-60 minutes or until chicken is definitely cooked through.

  7. Boneless skinless chicken can be used as well, but remember because there is simply no added weight from bones and pores and skin this means 2 lbs is even more pieces of chicken. The marinade may work for a few extra items, but you may need a larger (or second) baking dish.
