Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup serving cream
  • 50g dark chocolate, finely cut
  • 30ml Frangelico or amaretto
  • Chocolate ice-cream, to serve

Method

  • Step 1

    Stir serving cream and dark chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat regarding 3 minutes or until smooth.

  • Step 2 Pour Frangelico or amaretto liqueur into a glass. Top with the chocolate combination and scoops of good-quality chocolate ice-cream.
