  1. 2 small zucchini, halved and skinny sliced
  2. 2 small orange squash, halved and thin sliced
  3. 7 ounce button mushrooms, quadrigeminal
  4. 1 pint cherry tomato plants, halved
  5. 1/2 red red onion, halved and thin sliced
  6. 1 lb . asparagus, cut into hits size pieces
  7. 1 cup Spanish olives, drained
  8. 1 can medium black olives, drained
  9. just one can artichokes, drained in addition to quartered
  10. 8 oz refreshing mozzarella small balls, drained
  11. 1 pkg hard salami, thin chopped up
  12. 1/2 pkg sliced pepperoni
  13. 1 small bottle zesty Italian dressing
  14. 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  15. 3 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  16. to taste Salt

    1. Prepare vegetables and put in big bowl.

    2. Drain canned veggies and add to bowl.

    3. Add other ingredients and stir in order to mix.

    4. Refrigerate until prepared to serve. Can be made the particular night before. Enjoy
