Ingredients

  • one tablespoon essential olive oil
  • 20g butter
  • 1 glass fresh breadcrumbs
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon carefully chopped fresh tulsi leaves
  • one tablespoon finely cut fresh oregano simply leaves

Technique

  • Step one Heat oil plus butter in the large, non-stick baking pan over medium-high heat until butter has melted. Include breadcrumbs, garlic, tulsi and oregano. Prepare, stirring, for several to 4 mins or until fantastic.
