  • four sheets filo pastry
  • Essential olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • one medium brown red onion, halved, sliced
  • 100g sliced lower-leg ham, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 420g can no additional salt corn kernels, drained
  • 200g broccoli, cut straight into small florets
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat grated tasty mozzarella dairy product
  • 4 ovum
  • 185ml may light and rich and creamy evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons ordinary flour
  • Greens leaves, to provide


  • Step one Preset the oven to 200�C/180�C fan-forced. Lightly fat a 4cm-deep, 24cm round (base) loose-based fluted flan container. Place 1 piece filo on the flat surface. Apply with oil. Best with 1 piece filo. Repeat in order to make 2 piles. Line base and sides of ready dish with filo stacks (filo can overhang).

    Heat essential oil in a medium baking pan more than medium-high heat. Add red onion and pig. Cook, stirring, for five minutes or even until onion has melted. Add garlic herb. Cook for just two minutes or even until great smelling. Transfer to some bowl. Great. Add hammer toe, broccoli and cheese. Mix to mix. Fill pastry case along with mixture.

  • Phase 3 Beat eggs, milk and flour together within a jug. Season along with salt and pepper. Pour over pig mixture. Move up overhanging filo edges. Bake to get 25 minutes or till golden and just set. Serve along with salad simply leaves.
