  • 2 tablespoons plain flour

  • 1/2 cup chopped new flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

  • Step 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until foaming. Add flour and nutmeg. Cook, stirring, for 1 to 2 moments. Gradually whisk in dairy until combined and smooth.
