Ingredients

  • 4 x 18cm pita breads
  • 1 cup tomato nudeln sauce
  • eight rindless secret bacon rashers, chopped
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 1 mug grated tasty cheese
  • 4 eggs

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 190�C/170�C fan-forced. Place pita breads on 2 large, lightly oiled baking trays. Spread breads with pasta sauce.
  • Step 2

    Sprinkle one-quarter of the sausage over each foundation. Top each with spinach and parmesan cheese. Using fingers, make a 6cm-wide nicely in the middle of each pizzas. Carefully crack 1 egg into each well.

  • Stage 3

    Bake pizzas with regard to 15 moments or until eggs possess just arranged and bases are crisp. Serve.
