Recipes Vegan Biscuits

  1. 2 cups AP flour
  2. 2 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 1/2 cup solid coconut oil
  6. 1 cup milk (I use cashew milk)
  1. Preheat oven to 450F

  2. Blend dry ingredients, add coconut engine oil and blend until crumbly with branch or pastry blender.

  3. Put milk and stir (do not above stir)

  4. Flour a nice and clean, dry surface. Press out dough 1inch thick and cut.

  5. Covers baking sheet in parchment paper together with arrange biscuits.

  6. Bake 8-12 minutes or until golden

  7. Cool on wire rack. Once entirely cooled, store in an air small container.

  8. For an extra traditional biscuit, use softened butter throughout place of the coconut oil.
