Ingredients

  • a single cup (220g) caster sugar
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) lime fruit juice
  • finely grated rind associated with 2 limes
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, quartered
  • 250g punnet bananas, halved
  • one small pineapple, sliced and peeled straight into rounds
  • vanilla-flavoured yoghurt, to serve

Technique

  • Step 1 Insert sugar, lime juice and 1/4 mugs (310ml) drinking water to some medium saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat and mix until sugar dissolves. Increase heat in order to medium high, make for 8 a few minutes or until syrup is slightly heavy. Stir through rind and remove through heat. Chill till cold.
  • Phase 2

    Add fresh fruit to cooled syrup. Enable to endure for 20 minutes to get flavours in order to develop. Serve with yogurt.
