Ingredients

  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 large corn cobs, husks and silk removed

Method

  • Step 1

    Spray a chargrill with oil. Heat over medium-high heat. Combine butter, chilli and oregano in a bowl.

  • Step 2 Place corn on a microwave-safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100%) for 4 minutes. Transfer to chargrill. Cook, turning, for 6 to 8 minutes or until charred and tender.
  • Step 3

    Serve with butter mixture.
