Ingredients

  • 350g fresh Singapore or thin egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons peanut essential oil
  • 1 dark brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, whitened part bruised, thinly sliced up
  • 1/4 in order to 1/3 glass Thai red curry insert
  • 270ml may Ayam coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup fish stock
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tea spoon brown glucose
  • 24 natural king prawns, peeled (tails intact), deveined
  • 150g snowfall peas, trimmed
  • 1 cup fresh coriander leaves, carefully chopped

Method

  • Action 1

    Place noodles within a large heat-proof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand up for 2 mins or until noodles soften. Drain. Established aside.

  • 2 Heat oil within a wok more than high temperature. Add red onion. Stir-fry for two minutes. Add lemongrass and curry substance. Stir-fry for one minute or till aromatic.
