  1. 12 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 1 ounce sticks, or pre cut mozzarella cheese stiicks
  2. 12 slices deli sliced Black Forrest ham
  3. 32 slices pepperoni
  4. crackered black pepper as needed for sprinkling
  5. Italian seasoning blend as needed for sprinkling
  6. fresh basil, parsley and chives for garnish
  7. , marinara sauce for dipping. I used my basic marinara sauce in my profile or use your favorite
  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Series a baking sheet with foil and spray foil with non stick bottle of spray

  2. To assemble cheese twigs start by placing slice of African american Forrest ham on your own work surface

  3. Add 3 or more pepperoni slices together with ham

  4. Place mozzarella dairy products on top of pepperoni

  5. Spronkle cheese casually with cracked pepper and italian flavoring

  6. Spin cheese tightly in ham

  7. Place on prepared baking pan seam side down

  8. Bake about 5 a few minutes just until cheese is just beginning t I melt. Watch them and so the cheese does not melt outside. Any cheese that spreads put stops a little bit is ok, present push it back to the pig

  9. Take out while warm to plate garnished using fresh basil, parsley and chives. Work with marinara for dipping
