  1. 1 cucumber
  2. 1 slice (1″) fresh ginger, peeled
  3. 1 medium Granny Smith apple
  4. 4-5 celery stalks
  1. Roughly slice the cucumber, ginger, the apple company and celery to a size that will fit in the juicer chute. Add the cucumber to the juicer first, followed by the ginger, apple and celery.

  2. Pour into chilled glass, stir and serve. Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup for Mason jar up to 12 hours.

  3. Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.
