  2. 28 oz chopped spinach, frozen
  3. 16 oz chopped kale, frozen
  4. 1/4 cup dehydrated onions
  5. broth
  6. 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  7. 1 pints hot water
  8. 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
  9. 1/4 cup sugar
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. extra water
  14. water
  15. garnish
  16. 2 small chilies, I used birdseye
  1. To a pot add margarine, add the water let them incorporate well

  2. Add kale and spinach add spices and onions

  3. Stir well let simmer covered for an hour to tenderize them keep eye on liquid add water as needed I added a cup when done add garnish
