Ingredients

  • three or more red capsicums, hlaved
  • three or more yellow capsicums, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced up
  • 1/3 mug oregano leaves
  • 50g packet marinated white colored anchovies (see note)
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) extra virgin mobile olive essential oil
  • 250g caciotta (see note) or cooked ricotta (see note)
  • Cooked Italian bread, to assist

Technique

  • Step one Preheat barbeque grill to high. Grill the particular capsicum, skin-side up, for 3-4 mins until pores and skin blisters and blackens.
