Ingredients

  • 220g (1 cup) caster sugar
  • 2 cinnamon quills, crumbled
  • 1 vanilla bean, seed products scraped
  • 600g cherries, halved, pitted
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method

  • Step one Place 250ml (1 cup) water, glucose, cinnamon plus vanilla bean and seed in the saucepan and stir more than medium high temperature until sugar dissolves plus mixture comes, then boil for five minutes. Include cherries and lemon fruit juice and make another 2 a few minutes. Cool, then refrigerate until chilled or even for up in order to 1 day.
