  1. 3 can whole drained kernal corn
  2. 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  3. 1/2 cup sour cream
  4. a few tbsp tanjin fruit seasoning
  5. 1 tsp black spice up
  6. 1 tsp parsley flakes
  7. 1 diced roma tomatoe
  8. 1/2 red bellpepper
  9. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  10. 1/2 cup cotija cheese or parmesan cheese
  11. 1/2 diced jalapeno
  12. 1 tab melted butter
  1. drain your corn add to microwaveable dish. Dice all veggies add to corn with all other ingredients. stir well heat microwave 12 minutes

  2. you can also bake in oven 350 20 minutes

  3. you can sprinkle more freshly graded parmesan cheese to top when it comes out and sprinkle more seasoning to top. ENJOY!!
