Ingredients

  • 125g butter, melted
  • 1/2 glass brown sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 100g whitened chocolate, approximately chopped
  • 3/4 cup (110g packet) dry-roasted macadamia nut products, roughly chopped
  • 395g can sweetened compacted whole milk

Technique

  • Phase 1

    Preheat range to 180�C/160�C fan-forced. Grease a 3cm-deep, 16cm x 26cm slice pan. Series with baking document, allowing a 2cm overhang at lengthy ends.

  • Phase 2

    Using an electric powered mixer, defeat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Stir in flour. Spread mix into prepared pan. Make for twenty minutes or until fantastic. Remove through oven. Set aside to get a quarter-hour in order to cool.

  • Phase 3

    Sprinkle chocolate and nut products more than cooled base. Drizzle condensed milk products more than chocolate mixture. Bake for twenty five in order to 30 minutes or until sides are usually deep golden and centre can be simply firm to the touch. Cool completely within skillet. Cut into squares. Serve.
