  1. 2 pounds Pork sausage (bulk)
  2. you medium onion, chopped excellent
  3. 2 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1/2 tsp black tear gas
  5. 1 packages puff pastry
  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken meat, onion, garlic, and pepper. Combination well.

  2. Roll meat concoction into long roll approximately 1 half inch in diameter, using plastic wrap. Refrigerate for the hour.

  3. Meanwhile, roll out puff pastry to a large rectangle. Cut consequently they are approximately 5 inches vast strips. Place sausage meat onto pastry and roll tightly. Place on some sort of rack seam down. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes of until an indoor temperature of 180F and pastry can be golden brown.

  4. Allow to cool, cut in 6 inch pieces and refrigerate included. Serve warm or cold.
