Recipes Taisen’s cheesy taco and chips casserole

  1. 2 glasses velveeta cheese ( you should use more or less )
  2. 1 block out cheddar cheese cubed or even long thin slices ( 8 oz . ) ( you can use any kind of kind, cheddar, sharp, colby etc )
  3. milk
  4. flour
  5. butter
  6. 1 to 2 pounds of hamburger grilled
  7. 1 box any sort of noodles ( we used elbow )
  8. just one pepper as needed
  9. two to 3 taco spices envelopes
  10. 1 salt since needed
  11. 1 bag little torta chips
  1. Cook the hamburger until no more time pink. Drain grease.

  2. Cook the noodles from the same time as cooking your hamburger. Drain noodles.

  3. Add 1 package of taco seasoning with a small amount of water. Essentially do it the same way you will for tacos. Add in half or another full package of taco spices. ( 1 package isn’t enough to give it the flavor. I tried just one and you barely taste it )

  4. Cut up velveeta cheese and the cheddar mozzarella cheese or whichever flavor you are using.

  5. Pre heat oven to 350

  6. In a pan, add flour and butter. Then add in about 2 cups of milk. Stir this up.

  7. Add in just the velveeta cheese and melt. You can make this because thick as you like. The regularity is your preference.

  8. Add in 1 or half of a taco seasoning package to your cheese mixture. Mix well.

  9. In a casserole dish increase your noodles, cheese mixture and hamburger. Mix well.

  10. Taste and make sure that it has enough seasoning. Add salt, pepper and more taco seasoning in case necessary.

  11. Place the cubed or thin slices of the other mozzarella cheese around the dish, middle everywhere. Protect with foil and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.

  12. Take it away of the oven, uncover.

  13. Serve hot with tortilla chips either on the part or underneath. Add any toppings you wish or none! Enjoy; )
