Recipes Grilled Lamb Kebabs

  1. 400.00 g leg involving lamb boned and cubed
  2. 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or thyme
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  6. 1/2 small eggplant, thickly sliced and even quartered

  9. 4 fresh clean leaves
  10. to taste salt and pepper
  11. pita bread and even plain yoghurt to serve
  1. Place the land into a bowl, then mix together the olive oil, a regular know, parsley, lemon juice and seasoning, then pour over the lamb and mix well cover and marinate for about an hour

  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high

  3. Thread the marinated lamb, eggplant, onions, tomatoes and they leaves alternately onto for large skewers
