Recipes Berry Smoothie

  1. 1/4 pot Almond milk
  2. 3 tbsp Greek honey yogurt
  3. you tbsp Maple syrup
  4. 5 Blackberries
  5. 1/2 cup Blueberries
  6. 1/4 cup Zante currants
  1. Place each of the ingredients in a mixer and process until put together and frothy.

  2. Pour into glasses in addition to serve immediately.
