  1. 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  2. 1 glass Lightly crush toasted peanut (remove skin)
  3. VEGETABLE CHOICE
  4. a single cup dice onion
  5. two cucumber
  6. 2 carrot
  7. 1 cup eggplant (optional increase )
  8. 1 cup cabbage (optional add on )
  9. 1 cup Long bean (optional add on)
  10. HOT AND SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE ) OR ANY TYPE OF SAMBAL OELEK
  11. 5 tbsp crimson wine vineger or any vineger
  12. almost eight tbsp sugar
  13. 3 tbsp spicy sauce(sambal sauce ) or any type of sambal oelek
  14. 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  1. FOR THE SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW or you can use any store bought sambal oelek

  3. In pan with oil saut spicy sauce ( sambal sauce ) then add vineger, sugar and light soy sauce bring it to a boil

  4. Add carrot and cucumber and mix well for 3 minute add (extra sugar or vineger ) to the balance sweet and sour taste

  5. Add dice onion and crush peanut and mix well and off heat

  6. For a more stronger flavour keep in an air tight container and refrigerate it up to a week

  7. SERVING OPTION

  8. Toasted wholemeal bread with garlic butter and chedder cheese top coral salad and 2 tbsp of vegetables prickle
