Recipes Jellied Beetroot

  1. 1 large tin diced beetroot
  2. 2 heaped dessert spoons of gelatine
  3. 1/4 cup cold water
  4. 1 cup hot water
  5. 1/2 cup malt vinegar
  6. 2 heaped dessert spoons sugar – I use golden castor sugar
  7. sea or himilayan salt and ground pepper

Recipes Jellied Beetroot

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water just before dissolving it in hot

  2. Drain beetroot and place in a new jelly mould or container of your current choice. Add other ingredients to the particular gelatine mix, stir well and fill over beetroot. Set in fridge (will be set by 2 hours)

  3. Place a new serving plate on top of the particular mould and gently tip when prepared to serve. If the jelly will not slide out of the mould, stay it in hot water for 1-2 mins. Will no longer
