Recipes Parm & Herb Roast Potatoes

  1. 3 pound red potatoes; quartered
  2. 3/4 oz rosemary; minced
  3. 3/4 oz chives; minced
  4. 3/4 oz basil; chiffonade
  5. 0.5 oz oregano; chiffonade
  6. 0.5 tbsp thyme; minced
  7. just one bunch scallions; sliced upon bias
  8. 1 bunch parsley; chopped
  9. 1 cup grated parmesan
  10. 1 tbsp onion powder
  11. 1 tbsp garlic clove powder
  12. 1 vegetable olive oil; as needed
  13. 1 salt and pepper

Recipes Parm & Herb Roast Potatoes

  1. Toss potatoes with enough oil for. Season with half the rosemary together with thyme, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.

  2. Roast at 400° for about 40-45 minutes or until potatoes happen to be caramelized and fork tender.

  3. Immediately toss potatoes with cheese together with remaining herbs in a large pairing bowl. Serve.

  4. Variations; Dehydrated herbs, italian or applewood seasoning, moolah, bacon fat, mustard, other cheeses, flavor oils, remoulade, aioli, cayenne, paprika, minced raw garlic or shallots
