  1. 1 large prepared chicken, no giblets
  2. 5 tbsp sunflower spread / butter
  3. 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
  4. 6 large white potatoes
  5. 500 grams parsnips
  6. 500 grams swede
  7. 300 grams button sprouts
  8. 300 grams baby carrots
  9. 90 grams gluten-free oatmeal
  10. 1 finely diced onion
  11. 120 ml rice milk
  12. 1 a slug of vegetable oil
  13. 1 spray oil
  14. 1000 ml chicken stock
  15. 4 tbsp flour
  16. 1 tbsp syrup or honey
  17. 1 salt

    1. Preheat stove to gas 6 or 200C / 400°F
