Recipes Risotto Technique

  1. 4 mug Broth
  2. 2 cup Arborio rice
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1/2 cup Wines (white or red)
  5. 1 tbsp Butter
  6. 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. 2 tbsp Essential olive oil

Recipes Risotto Technique

  1. Boil the broth, and keep this simmering on a pot.

  2. On another pot, sauté the onion with the essential olive oil.

  3. Include the rice and cook it together with the onion and the essential olive oil regarding about 3 minutes. The goal right here is to toast the rice merely a little bit

  4. Include the wine, and cook for approximately 1 minute

  5. Whatever type of risotto you decide to help to make ( pumpkin, spinach, saffron, bacon, zucchini etc) this is the time in order to add that ingredient.
