Ingredients

  • 4 (about 250g each) salmon fillets, pores and skin on
  • a few teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Szechuan Seasoning
  • Olive oil, to oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms, halved
  • 2 bunches pak choy, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil, extra

Method

  • Step 1

    Place salmon, skin-side down, inside a baking pan. Drizzle on the sesame oil and darling. Sprinkle with the spices. Cover and place in the fridge overnight to marinate.

  • Stage 2

    Preheat a barbecue smooth plate on medium-high. Brush the smooth plate with oil. Place the salmon, skin-side down, on the flat plate. Drizzle on the soy sauce. Cook with regard to 1-2 minutes each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep comfortable.
