  1. two hundred and fifty grams potatoes, boiled, cut into fine little cubes
  2. 75 grams mushrooms
  3. 125 grams crayfish tails, ready prepared
  4. 14 olives pitted, left whole or halved
  5. 3 tbsp defrosted, small mixed vegetables in one bag (peas, carrots, sweetcorn etc)
  6. 2 tbsp best bought or homemade mayonnaise
  7. 1 little pickled gherkin, chopped very finely
  8. 1 little onion, chopped very finely
  9. 1 vegetable spices like Aromat or 1/2 a stock cube
  10. 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  11. one pinch chilli natural powder
  12. a few sprigs of flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  13. 1 tsp pickling juice through the gherkins (optional)

  1. Peel and wash your potatoes. Put them into a pan and boil them until they are cooked but nevertheless firm. I find salad potatoes function well for this purpose. Once prepared cool them and chop them in to very small cubes. Put the cubes into a bowl

  2. Add the mayonnaise and gently mix, after that add the defrosted vegetables, they too should not be bigger than little pea size..

  3. Now add all the other ingredients and softly lift under the potato and veggie mix. Until all are mixed upon well

  4. Stand to chill in fridge with regard to 30 -45 minutes

  5. Function having a green salad and some traditional bread.
