Recipes Heart Attack Chicken

  1. 3 box perdue short cuts chicken breast (or about 2-2 1/2 lbs any cooked, chopped chicken
  2. 8 slice bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
  3. 2 tsp seaoned salt
  4. 3 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  6. 1/2 bags (1 lb) 4 ounce) frozen hash browns

Recipes Heart Attack Chicken

  1. In skillet, cook bacon over medium sized heat until crisp, about 4 mins. remove bacon and drain on document towels, but reserve drippings in baking pan.

  2. Add peppers, potatoes, in addition to seasoned salt to drippings, stir in order to coat well. cover and cook more than medium high heat about 15 mins, until potatoes are golden brown. mix often, adding a bit of olive oil when needed to keep potatoes from losing or sticking

  3. Stir inside chicken and cover, cook for approximately three or more minutes til hot. add cheese in addition to bacon, cover and cook til mozzarella cheese is melted, about 2 minutes
