Ingredients

  • 225g pkt (17cm round) bought pizza crusts
  • 2 tablespoons tomato insert
  • 1 400g can artichoke hearts, used up, quartered
  • 70g (1/3 cup) semi-dried tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red red onion, halved, very finely sliced
  • 55g (1/3 cup) pitted kalamata olives, halved lengthways
  • two tablespoons drained capers
  • 55g (1/2 cup) coarsely grated mozzarella
  • 100g feta, crumbled
  • Freshly ground black spice up
  • 12 little fresh tulsi leaves, torn

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat range to 250�C. Put the pizza crusts on a large cooking tray plus spread each evenly along with the tomato paste.

  • Phase 2

    Top each with artichokes, tomato plants, red onion, olives, capers, mozzarella, plus then your feta.

  • Step 3

    Bake in preheated stove for 15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and heated through, and the base is crispy.

  • Step 4 Sprinkle with pepper, to season, and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
