  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/2 avocado
  4. 1 small onion (optional add on)
  5. 3 tbsp shimeji mushroom or any mushroom (optional add on)
  6. 1 dash salt
  7. 1 dash black pepper
  8. garnish
  9. 5 slice thinly parmesan cheese

  1. With melt butter quick saute onion and mushroom

  2. Lightly beaten eggs with a dash of salt then once its egg white almost set add dash of pepper

  3. Add dice avocado then gently fold over and serve, TOP with some shaved parmesan cheese
