  1. 3 glass red rice wine apple cider vinegar
  2. 2 packages, (12 oz . each) frozen raspberries

  1. Thaw and crush 1 package of raspberries and combine with vinegar in a heat proof 2 quart cup jar.

  2. Place the jar in a saucepan filled with water plus bring to a boil over moderate heat.

  3. Reduce heat plus simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove jar from the pan plus allow it to cool.

  5. Cap the jar and allow the mixture to are a symbol of 2 weeks.

  6. After 2 weeks, drain the liquid through a strainer or doubled layer of cheesecloth into a cup bowl.

  7. Discard the aged berries.

  8. Thaw and crush the remaining package of raspberries.

  9. Combine the new raspberries with the vinegar in the jar.

  10. Repeat the heating procedure and allow the vinegar to stand for 2 more weeks.

  11. Drain the water again through a strainer or doubled layer of cheesecloth into a cup bowl.

  12. Pour the water into glass bottles.

  13. Cover bottles tightly or seal the container with wax.
