  1. 1.5 tablespoon ghee
  2. 200 grams condensed milk
  3. 1 cup milk powder
  4. As needed Mixed nuts powdered

Step-step making Recipes Milk Powder Pedas

  1. Melt ghee in a saucepan or non stick pan and add the condensed milk

  2. Stir and mix well for 2 minutes and then add the milk powder

  3. Add the mixed nuts

  4. Mix stirring constantly as the mixture thickens and comes together leaving the sides of the pan

  5. Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture onto a plate to cook a bit

  6. Once cool enough to handle, firm pedas of desired size(the recipe yields 12-15 medium sized pedas)

  7. If desired add designs on one side using peda press
