  1. 1 pounds of salmon, cut in 4 pieces, or 4 salmon balance
  2. 1/2 cup BBQ or perhaps mustard sauce/glaze
  3. 2/3 cup pecans, finely ground in a foodstuff processor
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 2 tbsp olive engine oil

  1. Preheat cooker to 400°F.

  2. Add ground pecans into a large plate and blend in cinnamon.

  3. Brush salmon pieces together with BBQ sauce/glaze. Coat together with pecan mixture, pressing and so the mixture sticks.

  4. Heat a skillet about medium high heat in addition to add a tablespoon regarding olive oil.

  5. Brown salmon to each aspect until pecan crust is usually golden.

  6. Take out and put on a new wire rack placed about a sheet pan.
