  1. 5 lb red potatoes; quartered
  2. 3/4 oz rosemary; minced
  3. 1 tbsp thyme; minced
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  6. 1/4 cup white vinegar
  7. 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  8. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  9. 1 tbsp paprika
  10. one roasted reddish bell pepper; julienne
  11. 1 roasted yellow bell spice up; julienne
  12. one roasted fruit bell pepper; julienne
  13. 3 jalapenos; thin half moons
  14. 3 handfuls baby kale
  15. 1 vegetable oil; in order to cover
  16. one salt plus pepper

Recipes Dijon Roasted Potatoes

  1. Toss taters with enough vegetable essential oil to protect. Season with fifty percent of the dried natural herbs and spices, salt, plus pepper.

  2. Roast at 400° approximately 40-45 minutes or until taters are caramelized and shell tender.

  3. Mix mayo, mustard, vinegar, plus the remaining spices. Whisk to incorporate.

  4. Combine roasted potatoes, roasted peppers, jalapenos, and kale in a large combining bowl. Toss. Add dressing up. Toss.
