  1. 2 hundred gr tofu ( the Chinese, Sumedang or one more kind, about 15 pcs), lower in squares according to style
  2. Oil regarding frying
  3. CREPE MIXTURE:
  4. 125 gr flour low protein/moderate
  5. .5 tbsp sago flour/cornstarch
  6. 1 scallions, thinly sliced
  7. 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tsp chicken breast bouillon powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  10. 1/4 tsp self defense ground
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. 100 cubic centimeters ice water
  13. COATING (mix together):
  14. 50 gr flour
  15. 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Steamed tofu a few minutes, in that case drain. Cut box/cube to taste in that case roll out the tofu in typically the coating material, reserve.

  2. BATTER: mix flour, sago flour/cornstarch, coriander powder, chicken bouillon dust, baking powder, pepper powder and sodium. Add water and scallions and blend well.

  3. Dip tofu into batter, and flame up in oil heated over medium high temperature until cooked. Drain.

  4. Serve warm with soup sauce or green chili.
