  2. 10 large chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  3. 1/2 keep margarine
  4. sodium
  5. 1 tsp granulated garlic oil powder
  6. sauce/ glaze
  7. fourth there’s 16 1/2 oz coconut normal water
  8. 2 cup pineapple drink
  9. 1 tbsp light brown-sugar
  10. 1/4 cup pineapple drink, for thickener
  11. 2 tbsp cornstarch, for thickener
  12. 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
  13. half of cup sugar

Recipes Pina Colada chicken

  1. Season the chicken. Heat margarine and pan fry/poach the chicken in margarine.

  2. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

  3. When browned on both sides, add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, and coconut water. Let cook till chicken is done, on the stove top. Then remove chicken from pan. Add sugar.

  4. Mix quarter cup of pineapple juice and cornstarch. Add to juices stirring constantly when it thickens add chicken back into the sauce covering the chicken.

  5. Put into oven, after the chicken is coated. Let bake for 30 minutes

  6. Let sit 10 minutes serve hope you enjoy!
