Recipes Sig’s well- seasoned hot spicy mushrooms

  1. 1 kilogram wild mushrooms or ceps
  2. 1 large onion eventually chopped
  3. 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  4. 1/2 chilli seeded together with chopped
  5. 2 clove garlic oil finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp brandy
  7. 2 tbsp sliced parsley
  8. 60 ml dried up white wine

Recipes Sig’s well- seasoned hot spicy mushrooms

  1. Fry onions in oil until melted add garlic and chilli. Add the particular sliced mushrooms and fry until gentle. Season add wine and brandy, decrease liquid, sprinkle with the parley in addition to serve.
